Unawareness creates lot of unhealthy practices and transmitted diseases spread among the tribes. There are different diseases like sickle cell anemia, tuberculosis and STD”s has reported by the news papers. By own initiative Sahayagiri society, started to giving different awareness classes among children, youth and parents on the topic of health and hygiene, bad effects of drug and alcohol, need of nutritional food, pre and post natal care etc. by the support of CHAI INDIA, Sahayagiri healthcare society conducted lot of awareness classes among the tribes and detected problems of tuberculosis among them.
